The date and time entered by the user are interpreted strictly as the local clock time of the city selected in the From field. If the user changes the starting city, the tool retains the numerical clock time but reinterprets it within the context of the newly selected city's time zone. For example, changing the starting city from Tokyo to London reinterprets "3:00 PM" from Tokyo local time to London local time.

If the date and time input fields are cleared, the target city list displays for each entry, and the interface displays the status message: "Set a date, time and starting city — the converted times update instantly.". If no target cities have been added to the list, the tool displays the message: "Add a city above to see its local time.".

Output Data and Time Difference Indicators

For each target city added to the list, the tool generates a dedicated entry containing the following calculated outputs:
