FAQ
Will these numbers match my Seller Central quote exactly?
They're based on Amazon's published US rates for 2026, including the fuel surcharge in effect since April. Some products have special rules (apparel fulfillment rates, dangerous goods), so treat your Seller Central quote as final — you can type that exact fulfillment fee into the override field and keep the rest of the breakdown.
Which fees are included, and which aren't?
Included: the referral fee, the FBA fulfillment fee with its fuel surcharge, and monthly storage. Not included: advertising, returns processing, inbound placement, aged-inventory surcharges, and the monthly Professional account subscription — add anything relevant under "Other costs".
How is the size tier decided?
From the dimensions and weight you enter, matched against Amazon's size-tier boundaries. For anything bigger than small standard, Amazon bills the greater of the actual weight and the volume-based weight (length × width × height ÷ 139, in pounds) — that's why a light but boxy product can cost more to ship than expected.
